Duplication of documents from this site is forbidden, and copies of individual files must be made in accordance with the restrictions stated below:

INTRODUCTION
HDM claims copyright both on the HDM CD in total and on each HDM Text File separately -- the CD Copyright year being taken from the earliest file-creation dates discovered among our CD files, several of which were created in the Fall of 1993 -- and the Copyright date of each file, in most cases, being the year in which the file was discovered to have been created.
Further, HDM herewith announces that its Copyright Prohibitions and Restrictions are applicable to every HDM CD published to date and applicable as well on those CDs that shall be published from this date by HDM. It is a matter of claiming the duplication and publication rights to our CDs -- rights which we have legally and automatically had since the first CD was produced, but which have not heretofore been stated totally, nor under a printed Copyright claim. Those who doubt the accuracy of these statements can check for themselves the Copyright Laws posted by the US Library of Congress on their Web Site. All of the files at https://wesley.nnu.edu/wesleyctr/ are used by permission of HDM.
Our prohibitions and restrictions are aimed at keeping HDM CD files away from those digital publishers and retailers who are all too willing to "make a mint" from our hard work. PERMISSIONS FOR COPYING HDM CD FILES
YOU MAY FREELY MAKE GENEROUS EXCERPTS from the HDM CD files and drop
them into your own compositions. It is not required that you credit
the HDM CD as your primary source.
YOU MAY COPY OUR DIGITAL TEXT FILES:
1.
Provided that such copies are for private use.
2. Provided that such copies are shared only with private individuals
via diskette(s) or via email and are for the private use of those with
whom you share them.
3. Provided that such copies include the HDM Copyright statement at the
top of each file copied to diskette(s) or sent via email, and provided
that such copies are shared in limited numbers.**
**Please do not share our digital text files with
others en masse -- so as to give them, in effect, all of our CD text files
or a huge portion thereof. If you know someone who wants our text files
for personal use, but who cannot afford to send HDM any or all of the
suggested offering for our CD, instead of supplying them with massive
numbers of our files via diskettes and/or email, please inform us and
we will try to make our CD available to them in a way they can afford.
4. Provided that you do not knowingly (either directly or indirectly)
allow any of such copies to be made available to any other digital publisher
or to any retailer of any sort.
2. Provided that you do not print-out any text file from a publication that is currently copyrighted -- i.e., a currently copyrighted publication that we obtained permission to publish digitally, but which we may not allow our users to duplicate either digitally or in print. If in doubt, please contact us.
***Some exceptions may be made regarding the "for private use" limitation in point 1 above. If you wish to publish in paper print, a portion of one of our files, an entire file, or a group of our files -- as a pamphlet, booklet, or book, etc. -- please contact HDM for our approval before doing so.

JPG GRAPHICS -- You have our permission to copy the JPG graphics digitally,
to print them on paper, and to share them with other private individuals,
but not with other digital publishers or retailers of any sort.
2. MIDI FILES -- You have our permission to copy them to your Hard Drive,
and we have no objection to your sharing them with others via email or
diskette, but you must not make them available to any other digital publisher
or to any retailer of any sort.
3. THE *.RTF FILES -- So far as I know, these are all in the public domain.
We do not own them and have no control over what you do with them. You
may not copy our CD, and give or sell it to another for the purpose of
making the *.RTF files on it available to another party, but you have
our permission to copy and share those files freely, so long as it does
not violate any restriction by the author of those files.
4. THE HTML FILES -- Except for personal use, you may not copy the HTML
files in the Weslyctr Folder of the HDM CD. These HTML files, along with
the HMView files, constitute the entire NNU Wesley Center CD, and are
under their copyright. Except for personal use, no copies may be made
of any of these files without the express, written permission of Dr.
George Lyons and the NNU Wesley Center.
5. THE PROGRAM FILES -- most of which are in the Programs Folder -- Please
abide by the restrictions placed on those files by their authors.
